Computer club idea's, your feedback needed

Hey all I am looking to start a local computer club and your feeded back would be greatly appreiated. I am wondering what would you look for in a local computer club in your area. What are some of the topics you would like to see covered. I know what I would like to see covered. but that is just me, an for the people I have shared this with, know I want to make this a community effort. Anyway let me know what you would like to see and have happen, thanks and later on.

Basic programming with Dr Scheme

Many view programming as either useless, or too complex to worry about. Learning to program, if only its basic aspects, greatly improves our mathematical cognitive abilities. For those looking to start younger children in the mathematical methods of programming, we recommend Dr Scheme, which is an interactive, integrated, graphical programming environment for the PLT Scheme programming language. We'll post a graphical introduction sometime in the future, along with some more practical posts, such as taking advantage of the many other learning resources out on the web.
